Vertical Cure is a fundraising ski and snowboarding event that challenges participants to ski as many vertical feet as possible in one day. Our goal is to raise awareness of scleroderma, a chronic autoimmune tissue disease that currently has no cure, while also promoting patient education and securing charitable pledges to support research for this condition. Over the past 20 years, our event has raised more than $540,000 for the Scleroderma Foundation, with participants skiing over 18.5 million feet (3,506 miles) for the cause, helping to empower support groups and further the fight against scleroderma.
